Terms and Conditions Applicable to Students / Subscribers

  1. If a Tutor decides to remove a Student or Subscriber from an online course or Alpha Access for any reason, that decision remains at the Tutor’s sole discretion. Content hosted by LeetFX is provided for educational purposes and must not be circulated without permission from the Content Creator. The Student or Subscriber agrees that no claim or grievance arising from that removal may be brought against LeetFX beyond the rights required by applicable law.
  2. Online content hosted by the Tutor is educational and must not be copied, forwarded, published, distributed or disseminated without the express consent of the Tutor or Content Creator. A Subscriber is responsible for any unlawful or unauthorised use of the content, and LeetFX or the Content Creator may take appropriate legal action where permitted by law.
  3. LeetFX is not responsible for the personal opinions, analysis or updates published by an individual Tutor. Any claim relating to Tutor content must be directed to the responsible Content Creator, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
  4. If a payment is deducted from a Subscriber’s account without access being provided, the Subscriber must contact LeetFX promptly with proof of payment. Once verified, an eligible refund will normally be processed within four (4) to seven (7) business days, subject to the payment provider.
  5. Subscriptions and access are available only through the official online payment methods published by LeetFX. Unauthorised offline payments, impersonation or third-party collection are not valid subscriptions and may not be eligible for access or refund.
  6. Transactions are refundable only where the applicable refund policy or mandatory law provides for a refund. Where no separate refund right applies, the transaction may be non-refundable. Please review the relevant offer before payment.
  7. LeetFX is an educational platform. Analysis, market commentary and learning materials are not financial advice, investment advice or Buy/Sell recommendations. We do not guarantee profits or protect against losses. Trading leveraged Forex, CFDs, commodities or crypto-assets carries substantial risk, and each member remains responsible for their own decisions. Membership fees and programme terms may change with notice.
